Refund policy

We do not offer returns or refunds at this time. But we do offer exchanges if we are contacted within 24hrs of you receiving your item, if said item is damaged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at beautifulcreationaccessories@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 769 Logan Street, Brooklyn NY 11208 

If your item is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping your item to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
